Patient with GH pituitary adenoma and clinical manifestation of Acromegaly: GH – 242 ng/ml (n- up to 3.0), IGF-1 – 1288 ng/ml (n – 53.0 – 215) Patient underwent 2 surgeries. First 4-th ventricular tumor was removed with endoscopic assistancy. Next endoscopic endonasal approach was used to remove pituitary adenoma totally.
Hormonal remission was achieved.
