61 years old male. Ethmoid differentiated cancer with anterior cranial fossa spread, and intracerebral, intraorbital invasion. Anterior craniofacial resection (bifrontal trepanation) with additional removal of the supraorbital complex on both sides (transbasal approach) and lateral rhinotomy. Total tumor removal
