36 years old, male. The nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses transitional cell cancer, with intracranial and intraorbital extention. Anterior craniofacial resection (bifrontal approach) was performed. Total tumor removal. Exenteration of the left orbit. Discharged on the 10th day after surgery.
