Patient with severe weakness, headache, decreased visual acuity, bitemporal hemianopsia. OD 0.3; OS 0.1 Pituitary macroadenoma was verified on MRI scans. Patient underwent surgical treatment (endoscopic endonasal approach). Pituitary adenoma was totally removed. Patient’s condition improved, headache, weakness regressed, vision was improved. OD 0.4; OS 0.3 Within six months, the patient returned to normal life
