Patient with diplopia, ptosis and headache. OD – 0,5; OS – 0,7; Bilateral n.oculomotorius pulsy ; right side n.abducens pulsy. Endoscopic endonasal approach was used to remove tumor totally. n.oculomotorius and n.abducens pulsy were regressed.
